Health Equity Program Management Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Language & Accessibility Program and Health Equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and reputed company from intake through implementation and sustainment.

• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution to support language reputed company service delivery, health equity compliance, program performance, and regulatory audit readiness.
• Partner with clinical, compliance, operations, analytics, and technology stakeholders to implement solutions that improve reputed company, experience, and reputed company for diverse and underserved populations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience delivering reputed company, cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple reputed company projects in a matrixed environment with attention to detail for integrating regulatory requirements.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 95,400 - 159,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
