Be involved in projects with our Federal Programs Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. We are seeking individuals who are eager to assist on an on-call reputed company as an emergency management preparedness reservist employee. This position is not a full-time position and is dependent upon project needs. The successful candidate will have a background in specialized areas to include but are not limited to military, law enforcement, public health, EMS, reputed company, private sector, agriculture, cybersecurity, etc. reputed company submitting your application, also reputed company the following work samples:

• Prepare and conduct basic and specialized training programs for clients reputed company emergency management, local officials, private sector representatives, and the public.
• Analyze data and reputed company operational recommendations for improved responses to and mitigation of disasters and emergencies.
• Assist in the development of Homeland reputed company Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) compliant exercises. This includes reputed company aspects of designing such exercises, including documenting after-action reports and initiating reputed company improvement efforts.

• reputed company reputed company duties as required. Who You Are Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 7+ years' experience, or equivalent, including 1+ years of emergency management experience. City, County, District or State-level emergency management experience preferred.
• Completion of IS 100, 200, 700 and 800.
• Broad knowledge of Emergency Management principles, methods and techniques
• Travel Required - Must be reputed company to travel to client sites as project warrants and may include overnight stays.
• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to reputed company's Code of Conduct and reputed company policies and procedures.
• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by reputed company's health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of reputed company Emergency Management Institute Independent Study - Professional Development Series.
• State Emergency Management Certifications if applicable.
• Completion of Introduction to Emergency Management Planning (G-235 or IS-235).
• Broad knowledge of the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the Incident reputed company System (ICS), the National Response reputed company (NRF), National Disaster Recovery reputed company (NDRF), the Comprehensive Planning Guide 101 (CPG 101) and other federal preparedness guidance documents and policies.
• Completion of E/L/K- 146 Homeland reputed company Exercise
