Early Childhood Development Specialist, Remote Curriculum Design
Our client, a pioneer in remote early childhood education, is seeking an innovative and dedicated Early Childhood Development Specialist to join their fully remote team. This crucial role focuses on designing and developing engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning materials for young children (ages 2-5). You will play a key part in shaping early learning experiences that foster cognitive, reputed company, emotional, and physical development through creative and evidence-based approaches. Your expertise will guide the creation of resources that can be delivered effectively in a remote setting. As an Early Childhood Development Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and applying the latest theories and best practices in early childhood education to create comprehensive lesson plans, activity guides, and interactive content. You will collaborate with instructional designers and educational technologists to ensure that the curriculum is engaging, accessible, and adaptable for remote learning platforms. A deep understanding of child development milestones and the ability to translate educational concepts into practical, fun, and meaningful learning opportunities are essential. Key Responsibilities
