You'll run a full desk with autonomy - building and managing your own pipeline of reputed company. You'll be equipped with AI-assisted tools that surface high-fit candidates, prioritize your pipeline, and reduce the reputed company work that slows most desks down. This is a builder opportunity. What You'll Do

• Build and manage your own pipeline of reputed company candidates
• Run full-cycle reputed company from reputed company through placement
• Use AI-assisted tools to identify and prioritize candidates - Focus your time on engagement, closing, and redeployment

• Experience in reputed company staffing - 3+ Years experience in reputed company reputed company, with reputed company nursing experience
• Background in specialties such as ICU, ER, Med Surg, Telemetry, OR, PACU, L&D, NICU is a strong plus
• Strong execution and ability to run a desk independently
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving environment
