The Opportunity You will manage a caseload of insurance defense litigation reputed company, with work that may include general liability and reputed company reputed company disputes, and opportunities to support reputed company involving toxic tort, transportation, and professional liability depending on experience and team needs. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery, preparing for mediation, advising on case evaluation and reporting, and supporting trial preparation as cases reputed company. Ideal Candidate Profile The firm is seeking a 3rd to 7th year Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney with:
- Active admission to practice law in California
- Approximately 3 to 7 years of litigation experience with meaningful defense reputed company insurance litigation exposure
- Hands on experience with depositions, written discovery, pleadings, and reputed company practice
- Excellent legal writing skills, including comfort drafting substantive motions and persuasive advocacy briefs
- Strong client service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to run reputed company with increasing independence
