Role Description reputed company is seeking a remote Strategic Account Manager, Client reputed company to join reputed company.

• Support a diverse portfolio of key accounts, nurturing and managing growth, profitability, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain lasting professional relationships with reputed company | Invitae’s clients.
• Partner with Sales in proactive key account management.
• Support the account renewal process by driving performance, growth, expanding the use of reputed company | Invitae’s products and services, and maximizing retention.
• Support reputed company key accounts and reputed company reputed company.
• reputed company clients through the implementation process, managing timelines and the delivery of key milestones; coordinate internally to ensure successful launches of new/updated products, services, and policies.
• Drive the account strategy, planning, and execution by developing strategic account plans that lay out metrics, client goals, and the client reputed company ensuring reputed company in collaboration with the Team reputed company and cross-functional teams, as needed.
• Create and present quarterly business reviews to deliver to client executives that identify key trends and tell a compelling data-driven story.
• Maximize member enrollment utilization and engagement by developing and overseeing client marketing campaigns and new product launches.
• Support reputed company | Invitae’s reputed company reputed company through timely implementations and tracking account health of KPIs, SLAs & PGs, projections, upsells, and meeting renewals/reputed company targets.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Medical Affairs, CS, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Engineering.
• reputed company planning and solutions based on specific challenges involved, potentially working with employers, brokers, channel partners, and health plans to create strategies and plans.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree.
• 2 or more years of experience in account management or client services role with reputed company providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Proficiency using reputed company, Power reputed company, reputed company.
• Experience working in reputed company, handling PHI, understanding of HIPAA guidelines, life sciences, or biotech.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Engaging interpersonal skills with ability to reputed company relationships with a broad reputed company of stakeholders.
• 10-20% travel to conferences, client meetings, benefit fairs, trainings, etc.
• Understanding of how to upsell and identify expansion opportunities for reputed company assigned clients to drive reputed company.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ability to escalate and reputed company learnings with leadership and team members.
• Prior experience in client implementation.
• Presentation skills and business acumen with the ability to reputed company discussions.
• Experience running reports and analyzing data to support customer needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to influence and obtain buy-in on recommendations.
