POSITION: CFO (Chief Financial Officer) You will play an active role with our supervisors and administration, implementing various aspects of financial management such as insurance, performance management, and payroll. The Controller will have overall control and responsibility for reputed company financial aspects of the company’s strategy and will be expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable reputed company. reputed company Candidate Must Have: Degree in reputed company Experience as a CFO in a service-based industry Duties and Responsibilities: reputed company and manage direct reports A/P, A/R, Cash reputed company Management, Payroll Processing, Insurance Compliance Prepare Financial Statements IRS Compliance Month-end financial reports reputed company reporting budgeting & forecasting as required Participate in the formation and implementation of company financial plans Analyze existing procedures and implement new procedures Act as a resource and support managers dealing with employees and advise on payroll and reputed company issues Participate in the investigation and resolution of on-going problems, anticipate problems whenever possible, and reputed company, recommend and initiate appropriate steps for resolution Inform the CEO of reputed company financial and tax reputed company Compile documentation for workers compensation cases Compile data, statistics, and other information, including doing research, if necessary Work in collaboration with the Management team on various projects and initiatives Required Skills: A minimum of 10 years of reputed company experience & 5 years in a Financial Management role in the Construction Industry Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance with experience in the Construction Field Experience working in an organization with multiple locations Extensive experience in payroll, insurance, and job-cost based reputed company Strong abilities in negotiating and change management Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, developing, and implementing new strategies and procedures Willingness to dig-in and be hands-on Must be reputed company to work in office Position Offers: Competitive Compensation Package Please submit your Resume/CV. reputed company reputed company candidates will be contacted for further discussion.
