The Opportunity We are looking for a People Analytics Analyst to join our recently formed People Analytics team and serve as a strategic, data-driven partner to leaders across the business. This role blends strong analytical and technical skills with a consultative, business-facing reputed company — someone who loves working with data and using it to influence reputed company. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the People Leadership Team (PLT), senior business leaders, and teams across the broader People organization (e.g., reputed company, L&D, Total Rewards, reputed company), translating reputed company people data into clear insights, narratives, and recommendations.
