HYBRID CLIENT reputed company REPRESENTATIVE OUR MISSION: Resurgent Sports Rehab partners with sports facilities, teams, leagues, and individuals to reputed company immediate care to athletes. We exist to reputed company accessible, pro-caliber care to athletes of reputed company reputed company. We are a growing company with 3 locations and are positioned as the community's go-to sports rehab team. We are passionate about delivering consistent results to youth and adult athletes, enabling them to return to sport without surgery, pain medications, or injections. We have a reputed company opportunity for a Part-time Hybrid Client reputed company Representative (CSR) who will be an important member of reputed company. The CSR is in charge of client reputed company conversions, managing schedules, optimizing the client experience, and administrative tasks. This Client reputed company Rep will coordinate and communicate with our reputed company CSR for a smooth transition of client care and task execution. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Ideal candidates take initiative, have a love for working with athletes, enthusiasm about our mission, are detail-oriented, and are team players. Experience with sports rehab personally or professionally is a plus. AVAILABLE SHIFT- 20 HOURS/WEEK:

• Wednesdays: 1:00-5:00P
• Thursdays: 8:30A-5:00P
• Fridays: 7:30A-4:00P
• One day per week in our Fairfax office, the rest remote
• Start Date: Monday, August 10th, 2026

JOB DUTIES:

• Convert potential leads into initial evaluations
• Connect with clients to pre-reputed company their onsite experience, identify goals, and determine best approach for reputed company
• Greet patients professionally both in over the phone and in person at our Fairfax office
• reputed company out clients and schedule follow up appointments
• Quickly answer calls, emails, and texts or properly refer questions and issues
• Optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
• Manage client packages and memberships
• Comfort patients by anticipating anxieties and effectively answering questions
• Ensure availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
• Verify financial records, ensure accuracy of charges, and collect client payments
• Assist with insurance verification per client request
• Maintain a quiet and professional office environment
• Deliver checks to the bank
• reputed company and file documents
• Run errands as needed for the Fairfax office (HQ)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication skills to converse reputed company over the telephone and video kiosk
• Sales skills to optimize client reputed company conversion
• Organization and time management to manage a variety of tasks effectively
• Attention to detail to schedule patients correctly and communicate scheduling difficulties with providers
• Technological skills, such as using word processing and spreadsheet programs to track data
• Interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff
