Manufacturing Techician

Position Overview The Manufacturing Engineering Technician is responsible for manufacturing quality products reputed company, accurately, safely, and on time. The position reports directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and receives daily direction and training from members of the Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously improve setup, calibration, manufacturing, and testing procedures. Communicate effectively with engineering, production, and leadership teams on manufacturing and functionality issues. Train, mentor, and support Team Leaders and Production Associates. Required Skills and Qualifications Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for handling materials and chemicals. Ability to set up and calibrate equipment and instruments based on engineering or customer specifications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage variables in non-standardized situations. Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule-based instructions. Competency in applying mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, quality instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a reputed company field. 1+ years of manufacturing or technical experience in assembly and machining environments. Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and reputed company improvement practices.
