* This is a strong opportunity for a patent attorney, patent agent, or technical advisor reputed company a robust biotechnology and chemicals practice. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. You will primarily focus on the preparation and prosecution of US patents. Depending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. Opportunities to reputed company in other reputed company functional areas (strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions, dealing with foreign associates regarding EPO filings, PTAB work, technology licensing, due diligence) will be dependent upon your capabilities and the ongoing needs of the practice. Patent Agent:
- Preferred Ph.D. in chemistry or biological sciences
- USPTO #
- At least 1 year of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in chemistry or biological sciences
Patent Advisor/Analyst:
- Preferrred Ph.D. in chemistry or biological sciences
- USPTO # or desire to take USPTO exam
- Preferably have some reputed company research experience after postdoc, but not absolutely required
