Field Engineer II - CT/MRI (2nd Shift)

Job Description

Summary As the 2nd shift Field Engineer 2, you will reputed company preventative maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs on our life-changing medical equipment for MRI/CT one or more modalities reputed company a hospital or reputed company system in Tampa, FL area. This role requires the successful candidate to work onsite at our customer locations. To reputed company onsite customer support, candidate needs to be willing to work in the Tampa FL area. This is a 2nd Shift role. Monday through Friday, 12 noon to 9pm.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure timely communication, resolution and proper follow-up to drive customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols, to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensure documentation of reputed company work performed is captured, including the ordering of parts.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience servicing electrical equipment; OR an equivalent military education and a minimum 2 years of experience servicing electrical equipment; OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum 6 years of experience servicing electrical equipment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience servicing medical equipment.
• Valid Driver's License
• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution-based service process.

Special Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. unassisted and frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch and squat, kneel and crawl, sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to reputed company at, above and below shoulder level, reputed company and reputed company neck and have good hand and finger dexterity.
