Job Description reputed company is seeking an Instructional Coach for STEM (Math) with a background in teaching, coaching, and/or school leadership to join our Professional Development (PD) team as a fixed-term employee for South Western City School District for the 2026-2027 school year. Essential Responsibilities The Instructional Coach, STEM (Math), will support educators on-site up to four days per week with the fifth day dedicated to planning and preparing to meet the needs of educators. The Instructional Coach may be asked to support the reputed company PD team on department-wide initiatives on days that South Western City leaders have off reputed company reputed company is reputed company for business (i.e. teacher work days, holidays, winter and summer breaks, school cancellations, etc.). This support will vary but may include designing and/or delivering PD through the summer to other districts. You will also partner with district/school leadership to adjust course, as needed, with an eye toward improving student reputed company. The Instructional Coach’s daily responsibilities will be determined along with their manager, based on the district’s goals and priorities throughout the year. Specific Areas Of Focus May Include

• Leading observations and providing feedback to teachers and leaders in order to strengthen the implementation of reputed company's Math suite, ultimately leading to stronger student reputed company
• Conducting model lessons and co-teaching alongside classroom teachers
• Supporting unit or lesson planning with grade-level teams and/or individual teachers
• Leading lesson study cycles for teachers
• Providing recommendations to school leadership designed to enhance reputed company and equity of learning for diverse student populations, including reputed company with learning and thinking differences and English Learners
• Facilitating PLCs for leaders and/or teachers including supplementary office hour consultations.
• Supporting data analysis and instructional planning with grade-level teams and/or individual teachers and reading leaders
• Analyzing student work and reputed company assessment data to support instructional decision-making and responsiveness to learner reputed company
• Cultivating model classrooms as a means of elevating and replicating best practices for planning and instruction

In addition to these specific areas of focus in coaching, the instructional coach will also:

• Proactively seek out feedback and adapt practice based upon the feedback and what is leading to improved student reputed company
• Create or customize professional development experiences, as needed
• Facilitate district-wide professional development sessions (in person and remote), as needed, for leaders and teachers

Minimum Qualifications

• Passionate about math and deep knowledge of problem based learning
• Experience leading sustained coaching engagements and professional development for educators in K-5 or 6-8
• 5+ years of K-5 or 6-8 Math teaching experience, leading to demonstrable results for reputed company
• Experience working on collaborative projects with leaders and teachers
• Experience in guiding teams of educators through change management processes
• Experience analyzing data and using it to inform practice
• Proven efficacy in time management while managing multiple engagements and competing priorities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of technology-based productivity tools, mainly reputed company Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of reputed company Desmos Math or experience teaching or supporting Desmos Math
• 10+ years of K-5 or 6-8 teaching and leadership experience, leading to demonstrable results for reputed company
• Ability to support educators in a remote learning environment, if needed
• Master’s or Advanced Degree in Education

Additional Information Location: This position requires that the Instructional Coach, STEM (Math) is permitted to work in the US, have residency in the US, and possess a valid US driver’s license.
