POSITION SUMMARY INFORMATION DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS Job Summary Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will assist with employee relations, investigations, disciplinary action, and reputed company. Duties/Responsibilities
- Serve as HR Business Partner to Project leadership.
- Providing reputed company services, including records management, AA/EEO compliance, and completing personnel transactions.
- Maintain HR records and employee files in accordance with compliance regulations and policies.
- Work closely with payroll and other departments, exercising discretion while working with highly confidential information.
- Coordinate with HR leadership and Operations to troubleshoot and reputed company coaching and consultation in the areas of employee relations and performance management.

- Assist the workforce with Identifying employee concerns, clarifying problems, evaluating potential solutions and implementing selected solutions.

- Proven experience as HR Generalist
- Understanding of general reputed company policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

Physical Requirements Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reputed company during shifts.
