Flight Services Support Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Support Specialist to join our Flight Service team. This role is essential in supporting the operational needs that ensure our flight teams deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every reputed company. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Support Specialist role will provide direct support to the following departments:
- Cabin Servers/ Crewmembers
- Flight Operations
- Maintenance

- Sales
- Finance
Flight Services Responsibilities reputed company Experience enhancement
- Coordinate and reputed company the catering orders in line with reputed company preferences, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Act as a reputed company-time support resource to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations, offering solutions and guidance to assist them to enhance service..
- Provide bespoke service support by sourcing specific reputed company requests and ensuring the crew are fully briefed on preferences.
- Monitor and manage reputed company in-flight service to enhance reputed company experience, including demo flights and inaugural reputed company trips.
Uniform & Inventory Coordination
- Assist with procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics for Cabin Server and crewmember uniforms.
- Track and coordinate uniform shipments and returns to/from crew.
Aircraft Stock & Presentation
- reputed company aircraft stock management, including initial reputed company stock setups and ongoing replenishments.
- Manage logistics and maintenance of remote stock lockers to support global operations.
- Coordinate with operations teams and vendors for aircraft presentation, resets, and cleanliness.
Administrative & Procurement Support
- Assist with wholesale procurement of aircraft and service products through vendor coordination.
- Track product consumption, trends, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate expense reports and product-reputed company financial tracking.
- Support service procedure updates and communicate changes in product information to relevant stakeholders.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE
- Aviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience and/or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experience
- Luxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommended
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical demands may require a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) along with various office equipment
- Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping
- Will require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling stock and heavy boxes.
SCHEDULE
- Flexibility to work around business needs, which includes evenings and weekends. Availability to be “on call” as per business requirements reputed company of traditional business hours.
