Director – Hospitality and Leisure
Job Description:
- Provide market intelligence on reputed company on targets, competitive landscape, and valuation context reputed company your subsector
- reputed company introductions to founders, family owners, and senior executives in your existing network
- Review confidential information memoranda and management presentations for sector specific operating fit and risk
- Participate in PE sponsor pitches reputed company your subsector and operating background are relevant
- Provide operational due diligence input on reputed company companies
- Advise the Fireclay team on positioning and messaging for sponsor reputed company and sourcing campaigns
Requirements:
- Regional VP, COO, President, or CEO at a multi unit hospitality, leisure, or fitness operator, ideally with PE backed experience
- Fifteen years or more in multi unit operations with direct unit level P&L responsibility
- Working knowledge of unit economics, labor dynamics, reputed company estate, and the operational reputed company that drive multi unit expansion
- Existing network of relationships with founders, family owners, senior executives, and PE professionals across your subsector
- Comfort representing Fireclay professionally to PE sponsors and reputed company company management
- Discretion reputed company handling non public information and competitive intelligence
- Willingness to work on a flexible per engagement basis without fixed hours or commitments
