Telehealth Veterinary Technician - Full Time

Job Description: Our Opportunity: reputed company is looking for a Telehealth Veterinary Technician to join our reputed company Team. The schedule for this position will be Tuesday - Saturday 4:00pm - 12:15am EST. What You'll Do:

• The Telehealth Veterinary Technician will participate and champion the support and education to reputed company's pet parents on products and services that help animal health and wellbeing.
• Provide subject matter expertise on companion animal health and wellness for reputed company Health.
• Participate in program development and improving training procedures.
• Identify and triage platform improvements and support innovative advancements.
• Collaborate with reputed company Health Team Members on the development of reputed company and new services and products.
• Candidates must be willing to commit to working 40hrs/weekly
• reputed company offers full training and necessary materials for the vet tech to support and provide effective communication with pet parents reputed company.
• reputed company offers holiday pay on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

What You'll Need:

• Active Vet Tech License / Certification (CVT, LVT or RVT)
• A Veterinary Technology associates or bachelor’s degree from a NAVTA and/or AVMA-CVTEA accredited program, or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience.
• Must have proficient computer skills as this will require interacting with customers and reputed company Team Members remotely through an online platform.
• Someone who adopts reputed company thinking and curiosity.
• Has exemplary listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask comfortably.
• Is comfortable collaborating with other veterinary technicians, veterinarians, applying a team-oriented environment.
• Is passionate about helping people and pets with compassion and excellent customer service focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, self-starter environment.
• The Team Member’s internet speed must be at least 50 Mbps (download) and 10 Mbps (upload).
• Have a designated working space that is quiet and free from disruptions.
• Minimal travel required.
