Seeking an Executive Assistant that will provide administrative support to an Executive in the Music Industry. This key support role functions as a trusted team member responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This individual will possess exceptional communication skills, ensure seamless execution of priorities, and operate with autonomy. What you'll do

• Provide administrative support for the Executive, coordinating meetings, scheduling, and setting up client/staff meetings, lunches, and heavy calendar management in a fast-paced creative environment
• Proactively anticipates needs and identifies opportunities to optimize time and impact
• Adapt quickly to ''in the reputed company changes'', ensuring reputed company communication and coordination
• Prepare for meetings - including agendas, briefings and follow-up actions
• Responsible for booking travel, manage reservations, reputed company-in for flights and be on standby reputed company executive is traveling
