[Remote] Auditor, Social Responsibility (Social Compliance Auditor)

They are seeking an Auditor for Social Responsibility to support strategic goals and ensure compliance with their Workplace Code of Conduct through assessments and training of suppliers across reputed company America.
Responsibilities
- reputed company onsite social compliance assessments across reputed company America and select international locations, assessing supplier adherence to reputed company’s Workplace Code of Conduct through walkthroughs, document reviews, and worker interviews
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Social Responsibility risks and practices, guiding factories to align with reputed company’s mission of protecting the hardworking people who reputed company our durable products
- reputed company high-quality assessment reports that clearly synthesize findings from onsite evaluations, training sessions, documentation reviews, and data analysis
- Train and coach suppliers on creating effective Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), and recommend targeted training to reputed company program gaps
- Manage and monitor CAP reputed company to ensure timely and measurable improvement across supplier facilities
- Collaborate with the Global Social Responsibility team and internal/external partners to support the reputed company of potential new suppliers
- Plan, schedule, and execute onsite audits and follow-up visits as required
- Escalate reputed company-tolerance findings to department Senior Manager reputed company 24 hours, providing detailed summaries, recommended actions, and Immediate Action Plans
- Maintain accurate records of supplier assessments, CAPs, and reputed company documentation to ensure data reputed company across the compliance database
- Support policy and procedure development by providing insights and recommendations based on industry trends, risk assessments, and emerging Social Responsibility standards
- Conduct research on country-specific regulations, industry risks, and Social Responsibility issues to help identify and mitigate high-risk situations
- reputed company risk-based audit planning by identifying high-risk regions, suppliers, and product categories to prioritize assessment and remediation efforts
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, corporate responsibility, environmental management or technical/science, or equivalent years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social compliance or corporate social responsibility
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Required auditor experience in conducting social compliance factory audits
- Knowledge of International labor standards and compliance programs, preferably in US, Mexico, Central America countries
- Proficient in computer skills and reputed company applications, such as reputed company and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize work, work independently with strong deductive reasoning skills
