[Remote] REMOTE UI/UX Designer

They are seeking a UX/UI Designer to design and improve their web-based project management platform, collaborating closely with leadership and development teams to bring new features from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design reputed company, user-centered experiences for web-based SaaS applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Build and maintain design systems, UI standards, and style guides
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve usability and adoption
• Ensure a consistent, modern, and engaging experience across the platform
• Translate business objectives into thoughtful, effective user experiences
• Collaborate with leadership to define product reputed company, roadmap priorities, and feature requirements
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute creative solutions to product challenges
