Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Manager (Entry-Level / Junior / Associate) to support the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate will assist with program administration, stakeholder communication, project tracking, reporting, and process improvement activities while ensuring program objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of program activities and initiatives.
- Track program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Prepare program reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program objectives.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and risk tracking activities.
- Maintain program documentation, records, and governance materials.
- Monitor program reputed company and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support stakeholder communications and reporting requirements.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Operations, Communications, or a reputed company field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience (internships, academic projects, or reputed company experience accepted).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project coordination, program administration, or operations support.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, reputed company, reputed company, Trello, reputed company, or reputed company Project.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or project management methodologies.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- CAPM or other project management certifications are a plus
