They are currently seeking a Remote Automation QA Engineer reputed company with reputed company Connect to join their growing quality engineering team. Position Overview The Automation QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of reputed company Connect solutions. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and solution architects to test integrations, APIs, and workflows reputed company the reputed company Connect ecosystem. This fully remote position is ideal for a QA professional passionate about automation, AWS technologies, and reputed company improvement in reputed company environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts for reputed company Connect applications and integrations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for call flows, IVR, reputed company functions, and backend integrations.
- reputed company test strategies, plans, and cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Work with RESTful APIs, AWS SDKs, and reputed company to validate automation and integration points.
- reputed company root cause analysis for test failures and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers).
- Maintain detailed test documentation and reporting for reputed company QA activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field.
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Test Automation.
- Strong experience testing reputed company Connect environments or similar contact center solutions.
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or Cypress.
- Experience with AWS services (reputed company, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience writing automation scripts in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with API testing using reputed company, RestAssured, or similar tools.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
