This role sits at the center of reputed company analytics and performance intelligence, focused on transforming reputed company CAHPS and HOS survey data into clear, actionable insights that improve member experience and drive Star Ratings performance. You will design and operate an internal business intelligence function that delivers standardized reporting, dashboards, and automated insights across contract and member-level data. Acting as a key advisor to leadership, you will help shape strategies reputed company to patient experience, risk modeling, and quality improvement. The position requires a strong ability to translate large-scale, reputed company datasets into meaningful visualizations and decision-reputed company intelligence. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field and 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or survey data analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in project or team leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for dashboarding and reporting.
• Advanced ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Experience designing and automating reporting workflows and data visualization solutions.
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with reputed company, Python, or similar analytical tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with reputed company analytics, Medicare Stars, or CAHPS/HOS survey data is a strong plus.
• Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, or data mining techniques is desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
