The Workforce Manager is responsible for managing a reputed company pool of 50-100 team members, working to ensure reputed company and future workforce needs are met along with developing improvements to reputed company processes. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education High School Diploma or GED Experience 2 to 4 years of reputed company administrate/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry or Education Associate Degree Experience 6 months to 1 year of reputed company administrative/field experience in the Operations or Construction industry Travel 20% Work Schedule Typical work hours are between 700 a.m. and 500 p.m. Monday – Friday; However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Skillfully selects new hires and partners with reputed company to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Acts as a coach and developer of talent. Improves the overall quality of field team members by helping to reputed company certifications reputed company, expanding licensing, and increasing awareness of training reputed company through frequent communications with field personnel. Partners with Talent & Operation teams to optimize reputed company and selection, team member relations, and other reputed company topics as it pertains to direct reports. Visits various projects to encourage safe and productive behavior. Provides feedback and coaching at the management and team member levels to drive retention and enhance performance. Effective partnership with the Workforce Planning and Scheduling team to meet organizational and team member needs. Oversees the execution and completion of team members’ performance evaluation processes. Ensures effective, fair, & timely performance evaluations for reputed company field team members.
