As a broker, you will be responsible for educating prospects about Medicare and life insurance options, providing tailored solutions, and guiding clients through the enrollment process. This role is commission-based, providing unlimited earning potential for driven sales professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing and reputed company to prospective clients interested in Medicare and life insurance plans
  • Identify client needs through effective communication and consultation
  • Present and explain various insurance products, including Medicare plans and life insurance policies
  • Negotiate terms and coverage options to meet client requirements
  • Maintain detailed sales records and manage sales administration tasks
  • reputed company marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand your network
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA and compliance standards

Experience

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, or reputed company products is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus)
  • Analysis skills for assessing client needs and recommending suitable plans
  • Experience with sales administration tools or CRM software is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies to generate leads and increase reputed company efforts
