This role plays a key part in supporting market performance, improving workflows, and driving operational excellence across teams. What You’ll Do
- Analyze market performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support operational initiatives across claims, provider, and member processes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Claims, UM, Provider Relations, IT) to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Monitor key performance metrics and reputed company reports to support leadership decision-making
- Identify root causes of operational challenges and recommend scalable solutions
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Track and support implementation of system updates, configuration changes, or operational enhancements
- Provide insights and documentation to support ongoing business operations and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (4‑year) in Business, reputed company Administration, or a reputed company field
- 2+ years of experience in reputed company operations, process improvement, or project coordination preferred
- Experience reputed company a health plan or managed care environment is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
