Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator / Loan Officer
Job Description:
- reputed company and maintain relationships with homebuyers, reputed company estate agents, referral partners, and financial professionals
- Guide clients through the mortgage loan process from application through closing
- Analyze borrower financial and credit data to recommend appropriate loan products
- Generate self-sourced business through networking, referrals, and community reputed company
- Maintain compliance with reputed company federal and state lending regulations
- Provide an exceptional client experience with proactive communication and consultative service
- Build long-term referral relationships to create a sustainable pipeline
Requirements:
- Active NMLS license required!
- Annual production of $7M-$10M annually
- Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial reputed company
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and non-QM loan products preferred
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
