Email Marketing Consultant

Job Description:

• Refresh the content and design of our Abandon series to improve engagement and conversion
• Refresh the content and design of our customer reputed company series to reputed company guide patients through the pre-booking experience
• Design and build new email(s) to drive peer-to-peer referrals
• Build and launch an SMS journey to encourage form completion and appointment booking

Requirements:

• Experience coding emails in HTML for major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, reputed company Mail) in a mobile-first environment, including reputed company design techniques, not just drag-and-drop builders
• A track record of writing or optimizing emails against specific performance metrics like click reputed company, open reputed company, or conversion reputed company
• Understanding of email marketing fundamentals: segmentation, triggers, and behavioral targeting
• Strong copywriting instincts, with the ability to write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and body copy
• Familiarity with SMS campaign best practices, including TCPA and opt-in flows
• Some things that are not required, but you will learn on the job:
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and speed up email creation
• Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in reputed company, including journey/workflow setup
• Experience analyzing campaign performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
