We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive reputed company Coordinator / Sourcer to support and accelerate our hiring efforts across the company. This role sits at the intersection of candidate experience, reputed company operations, and early-stage sourcing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both people-facing work and behind-the-scenes execution. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process while also helping build strong candidate pipelines for reputed company and future roles. What You'll Do reputed company Coordination

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Manage job postings, candidate statuses, and interview feedback in the ATS
• Prepare interviewers with schedules, materials, and guidance
• Support offer logistics, including reference checks and coordination with HR or People Ops

Sourcing & Pipeline Building
