Key Responsibilities: 1. Backlog Ownership & Execution

• Own and maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog for the Case & Notifications teams, ensuring stories are always reputed company for the next sprint.
• Write clear, detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge-case definitions that give engineers everything they need to build with confidence.
• Partner with engineering leads to sequence work in a way that manages dependencies, reduces risk, and maximises delivery throughput.
• Track sprint-level commitments, flag blockers early, and drive resolution so that sprint goals are consistently met.

Requirements

Translation & Refinement

• Receive prioritized product direction from Product Management and translate it into granular, implementation-reputed company requirements.

• Maintain traceability between high-level product goals and individual tickets so the team always understands the "why" behind each piece of work.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Product reputed company.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience running sprint ceremonies.
