[Remote] Bilingual Japanese Business Development Representative/Account Manager

They are seeking a Bilingual Japanese Business Development Representative/Account Manager who will be responsible for executing business development plans, securing new business opportunities, and managing the sales cycle, reputed company while demonstrating proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities with Japanese and American customers in the region.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support successful project delivery.
• Expand business with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling Calsoft solutions.
• Manage the pre-sales process, including pricing, proposals, and coordination with internal teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain reputed company profit margins.
• Drive the full sales cycle: reputed company reputed company, qualifying opportunities, scheduling meetings, delivering presentations, understanding business needs, developing tailored proposals, forecasting, and closing deals.
• reputed company proficiency in demonstrating reputed company Dynamics ERP and IT infrastructure solutions, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 Business Central (and Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as needed).
• Provide timely reporting and updates on reputed company activities to the Director of reputed company and maintain accurate data in Calsoft’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Director of reputed company to design and implement marketing plans (e.g., seminars, events, promotional emails, website updates, blogs).
