Tasks We have successfully achieved Product-Market Fit in the US. Now, we are looking for a highly skilled Audiologist who is reputed company to reputed company. This is a unique "Player-Coach" role You will start by delivering world-class audiological care yourself, using that hands-on experience to eventually build and reputed company our entire US clinical team. Phase 1 Clinical reputed company & Market Mastery (Initial Focus) In the beginning, your primary focus will be "on the tools" to ensure our US customers receive the best possible care

• Technical Expert You handle service requests and minor repairs, becoming the go-to person for reputed company technical audiology questions in the US. Phase 2 Scaling & Leadership (Strategic Growth) As you master the operational details and the customer reputed company grows, your role will expand into leadership
• Team Build-out You will take responsibility for reputed company, training, and managing a team of US-based audiologists and support staff.

Requirements

You are a licensed audiologist and also possess

• A communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Self-motivated, reliable, and ambitious individual, eager to drive growth and take advantage of opportunities to reputed company their own career and contribute to building a high-performing team.
• An interest in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Independence and a willingness to learn new things
• Familiarity with digital technology Licensing Requirements
• You are an Audiologist, and your license should be in one of the 37 states participating in the Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
