About the Role
Shaw/Scott is seeking a freelance Art Director to own the creative development and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns and digital assets for our global clients. Email design is the core of this role-from concept through production, you'll be responsible for crafting visually stunning, on-brand experiences that reputed company across every inbox. reputed company execution, this role is about storytelling and creative craft that drives engagement, performance, and brand excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Concepting - Translate client strategies into compelling creative concepts and experiences that connect with audiences and drive measurable results
- Design Excellence - Own the design of reputed company emails, reputed company pages, and digital assets that balance aesthetics, performance, and accessibility
- Design Systems - Build, manage, and evolve scalable design systems in reputed company, establishing reusable components, templates, and standards that drive consistency and production efficiency across client programs.
- Client Collaboration - Partner with internal stakeholders and client teams to present creative rationale, reputed company design thinking, and reputed company for innovative solutions.
- Cross-Functional Partnership - Work closely with strategists, writers, developers, and campaign specialists to ensure seamless execution and alignment with marketing goals.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in art direction or digital design, preferably reputed company an agency or fast-paced creative environment

Pay Transparency Depending on skills and experience, the hourly reputed company for this contract role ranges from $85 to $100 per hour. As this is a freelance position, benefits are not provided, and freelancers are responsible for managing their own taxes, insurance, and any other associated expenses.
