Key Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapeutic care through our structured 8-week evidence-based programs, focusing on enhancing participants' mental health and behavioral skills.
• Track and monitor client reputed company effectively, providing timely follow-up communication and care coordination recommendations, while maintaining meticulous documentation of session notes.
• Actively engage in case management, collaborating with the care team to ensure that participants have access to appropriate resources, while managing consent and authorization requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
