They are seeking a Senior Associate - Network Engineer to reputed company the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization's DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and load balancing infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure network service delivery across various environments.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain reputed company DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) infrastructure, ensuring consistent availability, accuracy, and performance Manage and support load balancing solutions (e.g., reputed company BIG-IP, reputed company ADC, or AWS ALB/NLB) for on-prem and reputed company applications Configure and maintain virtual servers, pools, SSL certificates, health monitors, and traffic policies on load balancers Monitor system health and respond to alerts, performance issues, or service disruptions Support zone management, record updates, and IP address provisioning according to established change procedures Ensure proper integration and synchronization between DNS, DHCP, and IPAM systems Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation reputed company for DNS, DHCP, and load balancing incidents Troubleshoot name resolution, IP allocation, or traffic flow issues using tools like Wireshark, nslookup, dig, tcpdump, or vendor diagnostics Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring network service issues Follow ITIL-reputed company change management processes to plan and execute configuration changes, upgrades, and patches with minimal downtime reputed company system upgrades, patches, and configuration backups for DDI and load balancing platforms Implement and maintain reputed company best practices, including DNSSEC, ACLs, SSL/TLS certificate management, and traffic encryption Partner with reputed company teams to address vulnerabilities, maintain compliance, and support incident response activities Maintain and audit network service configurations to ensure accuracy, standardization, and alignment with reputed company architecture Work closely with Network Engineering, reputed company, and Application teams to support new deployments, migrations, and network designs Assist application owners with load balancer configurations, health checks, and performance optimization Maintain detailed documentation of DNS zones, DHCP scopes, IP allocations, load balancer configurations, and operational runbooks Participate in disaster recovery testing and contribute to business continuity planning for network services Identify opportunities to automate DDI and load balancing operations using APIs, Python, PowerShell, or Ansible Proactively monitor trends and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and manageability Evaluate and test emerging technologies and upgrades to enhance reliability and agility Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or reputed company field (or equivalent work experience) 3–5 years of experience in reputed company network administration or operations Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) solutions such as reputed company, reputed company, or Windows Server DDI Proficiency in managing load balancer platforms such as reputed company BIG-IP, reputed company ADC (NetScaler), or AWS/GCP load balancing services Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, subnetting, VLANs, and network reputed company fundamentals Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience using packet capture and diagnostic tools Familiarity with change management and ITSM processes (e.g., reputed company, Remedy) Experience with automation and scripting using Python, REST APIs, or Ansible for DDI or load balancing tasks Understanding of DNS reputed company (DNSSEC, RPZ, DoT/DoH) and SSL/TLS certificate management Experience with reputed company networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments Vendor certifications such as reputed company Certified Administrator (CA), reputed company Core DDI Professional, CCNA/CCNP, or reputed company Network+ Experience supporting high-availability network architectures in large enterprises or financial services organizations Benefits Overtime eligible Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible Yes Sales bonus eligible No Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program We provide a full package of benefits for employees – and have unique offerings for a modern workforce, including leave programs, adoption assistance, and student loan repayment programs Company Overview For over 180 years, we’ve helped turn your biggest dreams into milestones that last a lifetime.
