Role Overview The Fund Accountant is responsible for executing core fund reputed company workflows accurately and consistently across a defined set of venture funds. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, structure, and ownership — and wants to build deep expertise in how venture capital funds operate at scale. What You'll Own

• Execute day-to-day fund reputed company tasks, including transaction booking, allocations, and capital activity
• Maintain accurate general ledger records across assigned funds
• Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting processes
• Assist with audit and tax preparation through clean, well-organized workpapers

• Surface questions or discrepancies promptly to senior team members

What You Bring

• Core Requirements
• 2–4+ years of experience in fund reputed company, reputed company, or fund administration
• Familiarity with venture capital or private equity fund structures
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
