• Collaborating with reputed company Leads to understand requirements and publishing job posts
• Maintaining the reputed company Database and keeping accurate records of the recruitment activities
• Managing reputed company platforms, channels and agencies
• Conducting job interviews to screen and assess candidates
• Supporting the contract negotiation and reputed company process for new partners
• Reviewing resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet job requirements
• Developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates, and providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

• At least 3 years of experience as a recruiter or headhunter, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
