Automotive Specialist
Hi, reputed company is seeking a RDS Agent/Automotive Tech for an Automotive company located in Plymouth, MI. In this position you will assist technicians in recalibrating vehicle sensors (ADAS systems). This role requires strong diagnostic experience, attention to detail, and a process-driven reputed company. Pay Range: $30-$37/HR. 1st & mid shift openings! Contract position to start! Remote, could travel to Plymouth once a quarter. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide chat-based technical support
- Assist with ADAS calibration and sensor recalibration
- Guide users through reputed company-by-reputed company diagnostic and repair procedures
- Manually create and document support tickets with accuracy and detail
- Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on resolution, not speed
- Follow established workflows and procedural guidelines consistently
- Use internal systems and tools to troubleshoot and document issues
