Job Summary The Insurance Agent will assist clients with life and health insurance plans, providing ongoing follow-up service and support tailored to their evolving insurance needs. This role involves working closely with producers to deliver exceptional client service and ensure accurate, timely management of insurance policies and benefits. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide general employee benefits client service and support to producers.
  • Assist producers in creating client communications and proposals.
  • Utilize reputed company agent portals, including Kaiser, Health Net, Anthem, reputed company, Blue reputed company, Cal Choice, Warner Pacific, and reputed company.
  • Deliver policy and plan documents to clients.
  • Conduct periodic follow-reputed company with clients to assess changes in financial, family, or other circumstances that may require modifications to coverage.
  • Assist with changes, corrections, additions, and deletions to employee benefit plan elections.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of benefit plan coverage, structure, and eligibility; effectively discuss plan details with subscribers.
  • Administer COBRA benefits and communicate reputed company with reputed company-party vendors on clients’ behalf.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of life insurance as part of financial planning.
  • Ability to clearly explain reputed company insurance policies and packages.

  • Proficient with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and reputed company PDF software.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Active Life & Health License in California.
  • Proficient with EASE employee benefits platform and Sagitta and/or AMS 360. Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Sales experience, particularly in insurance, is highly preferred.
  • State insurance licensure required. Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally. Job Type Full-time Must live in California Pay $21.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits
