Principal Statistician, Biostatistics
We are currently seeking an reputed company Principal Statistician, Biostatistics to provide strategic statistical leadership for clinical development programs and client engagements. In this role, you will reputed company the statistical planning and analysis of multiple clinical studies, while serving as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will bring deep industry expertise, technical excellence, and strong leadership skills to drive successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

- Direct and mentor statisticians and statistical programmers

Desirable Skills and Experience
- Doctoral degree in statistics (required)
- 15+ years of pharmaceutical or CRO experience
- 10+ years of technical project management experience leading statisticians and statistical programmers
- Strong knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, and ADaM standards
- Excellent reputed company programming skills, including datasets and TFLs
- Proven experience developing, writing, publishing, and presenting industry papers at conferences
- Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and client-facing skills
- Recognized industry authority among clients and peers
- Experience in neurodegenerative disease is preferred, but not required
