Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst II to join our Scrum Team as a member of the Medicare/Medicaid/Exchange Enrollment Configuration team. This role will be responsible for developing purpose-built capabilities for our NextGen platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in PLSQL and Oracle databases, as well as expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange Enrollment processes. Key Responsibilities ? Analyze business needs and translate them into high-quality Business Requirements and Functional Specifications documentation within specified time frames. ? Perform data analytics using SQL/PLSQL at an intermediate level. ? Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements. ? Conduct impact analysis of configuration changes on business processes and existing technology. ? Work with minimal supervision in a technical capacity on most phases of business systems analysis. ? Contribute to the review of Test Planning and Test Execution strategies. ? Develop business workflow diagrams and data models. ? Assist in the development of data conversion strategies and interface design specifications. ? Participate in collaborative system and data design sessions with the user community and technical resources. ? Complete project activities on time and within budget, identifying and communicating issues that may jeopardize milestones or project budget. ? Adhere to SDLC or AGILE project management methodology. ? Develop product overviews, FAQs, and system user documentation to support implementation activities. ? Create appropriate communication materials and distribute them appropriately. ? Conduct interviews, fact-finding, and independent research to design solutions for business problems. Required Qualifications ? Experience with PLSQL/Oracle databases; Intermediate to Advanced (2-4 years). ? Experience leveraging HP Exstream development tools to create and modify fully composed, variable, data-driven documents (1-3 years). ? Experience with software development lifecycles, including detailed analysis, requirements gathering, and traceability (4-6 years). ? Experience with extensive analytical techniques such as scenarios and use-cases, functional decomposition, interviews, brainstorming, prototyping, etc. (4-6 years). Preferred Qualifications ? Background in healthcare or insurance industry. ? Previous experience working in a remote environment. ? Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools Apply Job!
