Fund & Investment Operations Analyst
About the position Responsibilities: Manage the new account setup and operational maintenance of reputed company's direct indexing business. Accountable for the following: Timely and accurate setup of new Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs). Includes validation of data completion along reputed company’s acceptance of portfolio instruction Review of data inputs (client info, investment reputed company, holdings) across various platforms and software Management of other operational risk-exception reports and tasks, used to support VPI's management of client portfolios Effective communication and updates across both internal and external stakeholders Support work and data input from other members of the department, including coverage and data quality validation Support process improvements efforts. Requirements
