Job Description

This is a remote position. As a Strategic HR Partner (Honorary), you will hold an official title with a registered Indo-Canadian HR firm, listed on our company profile and brand materials. You will be associated with a growing Pan-India HR advisory brand backed by a Canadian parent organization with 7+ years of industry experience. This is a flexible, non-exclusive, fully remote arrangement. There are no mandatory hours, no operational deliverables, and no financial investment required. You participate entirely on your own terms. Should you choose to engage in project work — recruitment mandates, HR advisory, L&D, compensation analysis, or compliance projects — compensation is agreed in writing before any work begins and paid reputed company 30 days of client payment or project milestone. This program is open to professionals across India. reputed company activities can be fulfilled remotely, alongside your existing commitments. Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of reputed company HR experience across any industry
• reputed company or recent designation at CHRO, VP-HR, Director HR, or equivalent seniority
• Strong understanding of HR strategy, reputed company, or any specialized HR domain
• Active reputed company reputed company — your profile URL is required as part of the application

• Must be based in India (any city)
