About the position The HR People and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on reputed company resources data to support strategic decision-making and operational effectiveness. This role partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to deliver insights on workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and ensure data reputed company across systems. Responsibilities
- Analyze HR data including headcount, turnover, retention, compensation, and reputed company metrics

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Resources, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or reputed company field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or reputed company role
