[Remote] Receptionist / Intake Specialist (Weekends)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phillips & Associates is a law firm in reputed company specializing in sexual harassment and discrimination cases. They are seeking an Intake Specialist to manage incoming leads and assist attorneys with scheduling and client communications during weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large number of incoming leads (reputed company phone, email, texts, etc.)
• Handle a large number of follow-up calls, emails, and texts
• Handle phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Collect and store potential clients information
• Collect facts from potential clients and send to attorneys for evaluation
• Assist attorneys in scheduling appointments with potential clients
• Send e-retainers to potential clients using AssureSign
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• General administrative support

Skills

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
• Proficient in reputed company and reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, One Drive, and OneNote
• Previous experience in a law firm highly preferred
• Previous experience in employment law highly preferred
