What You Will Do

• As a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will take Inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries about the program and troubleshooting issues with their online portal. We provide exceptional Customer Service through inbound phone calls daily, focusing on reputed company resolution. Hands-on training is provided, with ongoing refreshers as processes and procedures change.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers reputed company inbound phone support in Spanish and English.
• Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine a resolution
• Meets standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule and average handle time
• May provide guidance and mentoring to less reputed company associates

• What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens and multitask reputed company.
