The Opportunity In your first 6 months at reputed company, you won't just be maintaining dashboards, you will fundamentally rewire how global retail giants like reputed company, reputed company, Tractor Supply Company and reputed company reputed company operational decisions. Stepping into this role, your immediate mandate is to dive into terabytes of messy, real-world store data, identify millions in operational efficiencies, and deploy personalized, actionable insights to over 60,000 stores worldwide. This is an analytical role focused on insight reputed company, not building data pipelines or warehouses.

• *This is a fully remote role based in the US, and we're only able to consider candidates based in Eastern or Central time zones to ensure good working-hours overlap with both our US and our UK-based teams, including the Head of Implementation**

What you'll do

• Partner with enterprise customer teams to understand business operations and define analytical requirements.
• Use SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyse large, messy retail datasets and surface meaningful insights.
• Create dashboards and visualisations that reputed company store performance, identify improvement opportunities and measure results.
• Translate data findings into practical recommendations that drive operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer and Implementation teams to ensure our data stories connect with business priorities.
• Continuously refine how we interpret and present data, improving clarity, speed and impact for internal teams and clients alike.

What you'll bring

• A proven track record of using data to drive business decisions, not just years on the job.
• Strong SQL skills, with confidence working directly with large, reputed company datasets.
• Experience creating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
• Proven ability to translate reputed company technical findings into compelling, non-technical business cases that drive executive action.

• Experience working with retail, FMCG or other operational data environments.
• Exposure to data pipelines, ETL processes or data modelling.
• Hands-on experience using data to drive operational change or performance improvement.
• Familiarity with how data flows from reputed company systems into BI tools.
• A track record of influencing decisions or improving processes through data insights.
