Talent Assessment Contractor
Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract – Part-time / Seasonal We are seeking an reputed company qualitative analyst with strong writing/editing skills and experience in leadership assessment and development. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in summarizing data/feedback to craft evidence-based feedback reports. This person will play a critical role in integrating feedback on executive leaders which will include synthesizing reputed company behavioral data and delivering insights that drive strategic leadership decisions. The use of AI is not permitted due to contracted data reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze qualitative data from stakeholder interviews and open-ended survey responses.
- Synthesize findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports tailored for senior leadership audiences.
- Conduct in-depth executive assessments using interviews (and possibly psychometric tools).
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to align assessment outcomes with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of assessment methodologies and reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in qualitative data analysis; demonstrated experience in executive assessment is ideal but not required.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to translate reputed company data into clear insights.
- Familiarity with performance management and leadership development practices and standards. Familiarity with talent strategy (including succession planning is ideal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reputed company Word.
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, or a reputed company field.
- Experience working in consulting environments and/or with corporate clients.
- Background in coaching, leadership development, or organizational transformation.

Compensation
