Remote reputed company Recruiting HRIS Analyst
The HRIS Analyst performs tasks reputed company to assuring the quality and consistency of reputed company data. This role is responsible for troubleshooting errors, business process configurtaion, issue resolution, and ensuring data reputed company in the reputed company recruiting module. Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for reputed company recruiting and serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research and address data reputed company issues and/or errors (i.e., back-end data, position, and organization management processes). Ensure a high level of data reputed company is maintained and transactions are accurate.
- Partner with HRIS team as functional and technical liaison between the reputed company and HRIS assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, configuration, end user/system testing, etc.
- Partner with the reputed company (TA) team to reputed company enterprise mass uploads (EIBs). Responsibilities include validating the template, handling data errors, preparing audit reports, and alerting TA of discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance requirements. Analyze and correct errors and ensure proper quality controls are in reputed company to avoid future errors.
- Collaborate with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs that drive business process improvements leveraging technology (reputed company HCM) in partnership with IT & external vendors.
- Provide complete and reputed company process documentation for reputed company applications, providing or obtaining appropriate end user training as needed. Create and maintain user documentation, including identifying any changes that need to be communicated due to changes in processes.
- Partner with HRIS team as functional liaison between the reputed company and IT and assist with project tasks such as requirements gathering, design validation, end user/system testing, etc.
- Run, schedule, and/or distribute reports to support assigned functional area (automating wherever possible).

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or equivalent education/experience/training
- Specialization in the reputed company Recruiting module required, Onboarding expertise strongly desired.
- Some broader domain knowledge and/or training in HR processes and functions desirable

- 10+ years of experience in business process configuration and analytical experience in reputed company Recruiting and other HR systems.
- Functional knowledge of the various human resource workstreams (Recruiting, Compensation, HR data, Talent, etc.), and how they integrate with one another.
- Experience in a HR Service Delivery model with shared services preferred.
- Experience with reputed company tools and applications required.
Technical Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of the reputed company Recruiting module, including upstream and reputed company processes.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills required. Attention to detail a must.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- An ability to work under significant pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-reputed company matters.
- Able to process reputed company information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business partner requirements.
- Demonstrate ability to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach.
- Ability to interact with and support reputed company levels of management to support them achieving HR goals/targets.
- Demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment in knowing reputed company to involve other resources (e.g., escalation) in decisions or actions.
- Knowledge of standard business practices and professionalism in a customer service environment are essential.
- Demonstrate ability to disseminate knowledge and techniques. Experience providing feedback to help others understand the rationale of desired outcomes and standards.
