Remote Hospitality Operations Specialist

Your role will involve analyzing operational data, developing strategic recommendations, and supporting on-site teams through virtual collaboration.
Responsibilities
Conduct remote analysis of operational data from various hospitality venues to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, service quality, and cost management. reputed company, document, and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for reputed company-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services. Provide virtual training and support to on-site management teams on new procedures, systems, and best practices. Utilize technology and digital tools to monitor performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, customer satisfaction scores, reputed company per available room (RevPAR), and food cost percentages. Collaborate with reputed company to integrate and optimize property management systems (PMS), reputed company-of-sale (POS) systems, and other operational software. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. 5+ years of progressive experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a multi-site environment. Demonstrated expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage management, or event planning. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and translate it into actionable insights. Proficiency with various hospitality software, including PMS, POS, and reservation systems. Exceptional virtual communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting. Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and training programs.
